Why is there a red box around my components?

If you are seeing a red box around a component, for example, the title or summary, then you have not met the minimum requirement.

If the red box is around a question, you might have this question twice in your question set. 

If the red box is around a component, it might be a duplicate or not meeting the minimum requirement.
