You might see a little red I next to a contact and wondering why it was marked undeliverable.
The main reason a contact is marked undeliverable is simply that our system was not able to deliver the email invitation. This can occur for a few common reasons the email does not exist, you spelled the domain wrong, or the inbox is full.
If you think the system has marked someone undeliverable and they could not be, follow these steps.
1. Click on the contact.
2. Click the circle arrow next to the email address that is listed in the Bad Contact Methods area on the left.
3. Then click yes.
You have successfully readded this contact method to the contact.
If we try to send it to a contact and their email or phone is undeliverable, we will try another contact method on the same contact card.
