Here are a few reasons your employees might not get your texts in Ving and what to do about it.
1. Their number is incorrect: Confirm that the number you have in the contact book is correct.
2. Their cellular plan is not active: If the number looks correct, but they still are not getting Vings try to text their number outside of Ving.
3. They blocked Ving: If their number gets texts but not in Ving, have them confirm that the following numbers are not blocked.
NOTE: If an employee blocks a number they need to text that number "Start" to allow texts again, from that number.
