The shield icon or log-in link can be used to welcome your team or to help them log in.
New Employee / No Ving Account
If your employee does not have a Ving account when using the shield icon we will send a welcome email to them. This email has a link they can click and create a password.
When using the shield icon you will be connecting a contact to your organization and you will have admin access to their user profile. Any contact methods you add or remove from your address will be added or removed from the user profile.
Current Employee / Already Has A Ving Account
If an employee already has a Ving account but has forgotten their password you can use the shield icon to send them a log-in link. Similar to the magic link this will allow them to get into their account to do their training and reset their password when they have time.
