What is the red email icon?
1. If an invite can not be sent because the contact we are trying to send to has no email or phone number, you will see a red email icon next to their name. When you hover over it, the icon will say "No active contact methods."
2. If the contact bounced or, for any reason, was undeliverable, we will set a red email/sms icon next to the contact. When you hover over it, the icon will say, "Last invitation undeliverable."
As soon as you correct the contact email or phone number and resend the invite the red email icon will go away.
