What is the flag next to an email or phone number?

There are two situations where a flag will be added next to a contact method (email or phone). 

1. If you assign them something and we cannot deliver it, the contact method will be marked bad with a flag next to their contact method. 

2. If a contact previously had a contact method and after doing an import, all contact methods were automatically removed.
