Why are vings missing from my inbox?

Are you logged in and not seeing any vings in your inbox? The most common reason this happens is that you were invited to view a ving with a different contact method than the one you used to sign in.


This is easily fixable! 

1. Navigate to your profile area.

2. Add any missing contact methods.

3. Navigate back to your inbox.


Any vings that were invited to the new email/phone you have added will appear in your inbox.


If you accidentally signed up for a new account instead of adding the second method to the same account please chat or email support@vingapp.com so we can help you merge your accounts together.
