If I Update A Course, Do I Need To Update The QR Code?

No — you don’t need to update or replace your QR code.

Once a QR code is created, it’s permanently tied to the course it was generated for. If you make changes to that course—like updating lessons, adding new content, or revising policies—just revise and click Publish.

The next time someone scans the QR code, they’ll be taken directly to the most up-to-date version of that course.

✅ Tip: This means you only need to print and post your QR code once. Whether it’s on a poster, equipment sticker, or bulletin board, the code will always pull the latest version of the training inside Ving.
