Copy - Copying a course is most commonly used when you are getting ready to re-use a course that you have done before. The benefit of copying is, all of your data will be kept seperate so that you know who did/did not do training last year and who did/did not do the training yet this year.
Revise - to update a course with new information, every version of your course is linked together. This allows you to analyze each version of the course you have created. Once you revise a course, all previous versions will be deactivated. All old invitations and links will be redirected to the new version of the course. Your contacts will never know you made a change at all! Even better, if they have started viewing some of the content, they will not have to redo any of the content they have previously done.
