How To: Search For Contacts, Courses, Or Checklists

Sometimes you need to find a contact, course, or checklist quickly. Ving makes this easy with search bars located in each section of the platform.

Follow the steps below to search for the information you need.

Step 1: Search for a contact

First, navigate to the Contacts area.

Use the search bar to find a specific contact by typing their:

• Name

• Email address

• Phone number

The contact list will update as you type to help you quickly locate the person you’re looking for.

Step 2: Search for a course

Next, navigate to the Courses area.

The course search allows you to search through your courses by typing keywords. The search looks not only at the course title, but also through the content inside the course. This helps you find the right course even if you don’t remember the exact title.

Step 3: Search for a checklist

Finally, navigate to the Checklists area.

The checklist search works the same way as the course search. Simply type keywords into the search bar to locate the checklist you need without knowing the exact name.
