How To: Set Up Employee Accounts

IOnce you have your contacts imported it is time to set up their accounts with a welcome email.

 

1. Go to your contacts. 

2. Select all contacts. 

3. Click the shield icon to send them a welcome email/text.

4. When they click the link in the email they will be prompted to set up their password. 

5. After they set up a password they will be logged into their Ving account. 

 

If an employee ignores the welcome email/text you can still continue to assign them training.

The welcome email/text is only good for 24 hours for the security of your employees.
