How to Record Audio on Your Computer and Upload It to Ving

The most reliable way to add audio to Ving from a computer is to record it with your computer’s built-in app and then upload the saved file.

1. Open Sound Recorder from the Start menu.
2. Select Record, create your audio, and then select Stop.
3. Listen to the recording, give it a clear name, and save it somewhere easy to find.

1. Open Voice Memos.
2. Select Record, create your audio, and then select Done.
3. Listen to and rename the recording, then drag it from Voice Memos to your Desktop or another Finder folder.

1. Open the Ving you are creating or editing.
2. Select Add Component and choose the audio or file-upload option.
3. Select your saved recording.
4. Add a title, preview the audio, and publish when ready.
