How To: Reassign A Phone Number Or Email

If you have employee numbers or emails that get reassigned to new employees, you must follow these steps when reassigning the phone number or email. 

Step 1: Find the contact who will no longer use the email or phone. 

Step 2: Remove the email/phone from that contact. 

Step 3: Archive the contact card for the former employee. 

Step 4: Create a new contact card with the email/phone. 

Step 5: Create a new account for the new employee by clicking on the shield icon and selecting yes. 


When your new employee logs in to view their training, their analytics will be separate from the former employee. 


The employee MUST be logged in when viewing training for the reassignment to work.
