How do I find my expired requirements?

When you’re checking for overdue training, just head to your Contacts section. If someone’s marked in Red, it doesn’t matter if it’s a course or a requirement—they’re past due and it’s time to reach out.

Here’s how the color codes break down across requirement statuses:

• Blue = Requirements not started yet and not yet due

• Gray = Optional or inactive requirements

• Yellow = Requirements expiring within the next 30 days

• Red = Requirements not completed and past the due date (including those expiring in the next 5 days)

• Orange = Requirements that have already expired 

• Green = Requirements that have been completed and haven't expired yet 

Pro Tip:

Use these color cues to prioritize your follow-ups:

• Start with Red contacts—those who’ve missed the deadline or are about to—

• Then check Yellow for upcoming deadlines, and

• Use Green to spot items that are on track or completed.
