How can employees upload their own certificates?
Employees can easily upload their own certificates as proof of completion, keeping records organized for both admins and employees.
Employees can upload proof of completion directly into Ving whenever they finish a requirement. Here’s how it works:

Once an employee completes a requirement, they’ll see a component prompting them to upload a certificate or other proof of completion.

The employee selects and uploads their file.
After the upload, the file is automatically stored and available in three places:

For Admins: On the contact details screen and the requirement details screen, so you always have a record.

For Employees: In their Done folder, where they can easily access their uploaded proof at any time.
