How can employees upload their own certificates?

Once an employee has complete a requirement they will be presented with a component to upload a certificate or proof of completition to the requirement. 

Once the file is uploaded, the file is made available to the admin on the contact details screen and the requirement detail screen. It is also available to the employee in the don't folder.
