Can I Delete A Course?

Published courses can’t be deleted, but you can archive them and find them later in your Archive folder.

Answer: Once a course is published, it cannot be permanently deleted in Ving.

If you don’t see the course in your active list, that means it has been archived. Archived courses are removed from your main view but can always be found in your Archive folder if you need to review them or bring them back.

👉 Tip: Archiving keeps all training history and compliance records intact while letting you keep your active list organized.
