Auto-Generated Certificates In Ving

Learn how Ving automatically generates certificates for completed courses and how to access them individually or in bulk.

Where to Find Certificates

You can access certificates in two ways:

1. Through the Contacts Area

  1. Click the Contact icon in the top header.

  2. Select the person you want to view.

  3. In the contact details panel, click the Certificate icon on the right-hand side.

  4. From here, you can download the certificate for that individual.

 

2. Through the Courses Area

  1. Click the Course icon in the top header.

  2. Choose the course you’re interested in.

  3. On the course details page, click the Certificate icon on the right-hand side.

  4. Download the certificate for any contact who has completed that course.

 

Bulk Certificate Downloads

If you need more than one certificate at a time, you don’t have to download them individually. A link to every certificate is automatically included in the bulk export file, making it easy to save or distribute certificates in larger batches.
